Same comment as in https://codereview.chromium.org/1412523003/: You should
explain what "Keygen" is, otherwise it won't be possible to translate these.

I'll go a step further and say that Keygen isn't something users will understand
(I certainly don't know what it refers to), so I'm not sure what value it has
for users to be able to configure this. 

In any case, you should run your design by rolfe@ who oversaw the Content
Setting UX overhaul on Chrome for Android.
