I would need to get rid of DOMWindow.idl in idl_files list. I tried using
"Exclusing Lists" [1], but I cannot seem to get it right.

Otherwise, we see such warning when building:
Circular third_party/WebKit/Source/core/page/DOMWindow.idl <-
third_party/WebKit/Source/core/page/DOMWindow.idl dependency dropped.
