Why do you need this and ModalSigninDelegate to be WebContentsDelegate? AFAICT
you aren't overriding anything from WebContentsDelegate.

I don't believe I need it, it's some leftover from when I was moving
CreateGaiaWebView from ProfileChooserController and thought this class would do
more things. Thanks for noticing :)
