I see nearly the same code in EmitToString, EmitToNumber and EmitToName. Could
we somehow unify that?

Also, could you just say PlugTOS() here and move the method(s) into
full-codegen.cc?

Nah, PlugTOS targets top-of-stack, not the accumulator/result register.
