Change output filename for official builds of Android Chromoting

Official builds will produce ChromeRemoteDesktop.apk instead of
Chromoting.apk

"Chromoting.apk" and perhaps rename the file later. WDYT?

This only affects the package file name. The display name of the app is defined
in remoting/strings.xml as 'app_name', which I'll change to "Chrome Remote
Desktop" once I've figured out how to merge Chrome-branded resources into the
Android build.
