+To generate SDL_config.h run:
+1) ../../externals/sdl/configure
+2) make -j32
+3) if you save the awk output, then you can get a list of files required for
+ the build with this awk one liner:
+ awk '$1 == "/bin/sh" && $2 == "./libtool" && $3 == "--mode=compile" \
+ {pathname=$(NF - 2); n=split(pathname,a,/\//); print a[n]}'
+4) inside of SDL_config.h, make sure to undefine sound and any other features
+ which don't make sense for Skia
