We are trying to land new home and pillar pages for developer.chrome.com (which
will link to apps and extension doc sets, as well as other doc sets.

I've created a docs folder under chrome and need an OWNER in that file to
approve it. You are in that file (and work on Chrome Apps, so seemed like the
right person).

I'll follow-up in an email as well.
