What's your reasoning for doing this as two separate conditionals rather than
one joined one, e.g.

  ['<64-bit condition>', {
    'arch_suffix': '64',

    'arch_suffix': '32',
  }]

This code was copied, it might useful when target_arch is set wrongly or new
arch is added which hardly happen. changed it.
