Return result of GetRBG instead of TRUE

Return result of GetRBG instead of TRUE

Propagate the return value of GetRBG to the callers instead of forcing the
return of TRUE.

LGTM

Try running pdfium_embeddertests (with cwd as the pdfium/ directory).

Generally, we use the build waterfall to catch corpus rendering issues, since
the tests still have some platform font dependencies, and don't produce exactly
the same pixels as the bots. The commit rate is low enough that the breakage
followed by revert or corrections is not a huge impediment (yet).
