Is this really necessary / used ? Why do we need isolates for android tests,
given that we're not using swarming on those bots?

I haven't been keeping super up to date on this but I think these are used on
android for pushing files to the device. I believe they decided to just re-use
the configs rather than having to maintain parallel ones.

The isolate filename here is wrong. It is "BlinkHeapUnitTests.isolate". I saw
this after caseq pointed out failures on the WebKit bot, and I looked at the
error.
