Since this is an API, I'd prefer some more documentation on what exactly will
happen when someone calls startUpdating() or stopUpdating(), and what the
"latestDeviceMotionData" means (i.e. it doesn't update live).

I've tried to keep the same naming similar to how it used to be in the clients.
But latest sounds better indeed, so fixed this.
