Are we worried this will translate poorly in certain languages? As it will be a
long string in German. For example, in Lithuanian it will be "Naujiena". Would
that still look ok?

Additionally "a short word" in description does not mean anything to
translators, but you can specify a character limit and then they will abbreviate
it.

I just didn't know how to explain to the translater what this represents. I've
changed the phrasing. Let me know if it sounds better. I'm also open to
suggestions.

Also flipped the order, because it refers the promo message.

Promo is a very informal word, I would use "promotional"
