Hi Tony,

 Now that the page cycler are working on mobile sites, this adds the
key_mobile_sites archive as one of the available suite.

 After that, we might want to add a dashboard for this one too.

If you are interested in more of this work, one thing on my mind is that we are
having a lot of trouble scaling in terms of cycle time right now. Currently we
only get about 2 perf data points per test per day on android.

One thing that would help greatly is if we merged the page cyclers and
smoothness measurements. In other words, run each page set through a single
measurement that both loads and scrolls the pages.
