Fix four dangling header-file references in .gyp files

Fix misspelling of combobox_test_api.h in views.gyp in CL 1374523002.

Move nestable_single_thread_task_runner.h to its new location in
scheduler.gypi - it was missed in CL 1374653003

Fix missing commas in cc.gyp from CL 1357373002

Remove non-existent WebPageScheduler.h from blink_headers.gypi and add
in WebFrameHostScheduler.h. It's unclear how this error appeared.

The tool I use to detect these is the usual GYP to ninja process
(build\gyp_chromium) but with GYP_GENERATORS set to ninja,msvs-ninja. The
msvs-ninja generator warns about missing files.

If we stay on GYP for long enough then I'll probably add the detection to the
regular gyp_chromium runs and maybe make it an error, but if we switch to ng
soon enough then there's no need.
