Good point. Moved to constants.js.

Thanks for the link to the existing const file, it was much appreciated.

As you can see, I'm setting the .category property in the ready function now.
I'd like to use the const in .html instead, but I don't see an easy way of doing
that (a number of Internet searches on how to do that with Polymer came up
empty). If you know of a way, I'd be all ears.
