It is CHECK(!g_attachment_broker); added by you terminated the test, I was
hoping you could find a proper owner to fix this failure.
As for TBR, these tests only fail on Dr. Memory bots, which are not tree closer,
so I just exclude those tests to get bots back to green for finding other bugs.
