Why can't you write [RuntimeEnabled=NodeListIterable] here?

I wasn't familiar with the Blink approach to hiding features behind flags.

It looks like it takes a lot more work to get the feature listed in
chrome://flags, and maybe it's not worth doing that for such a simple feature,
or maybe it can be done separately.
