[arm64] Explicit commuted conditions in unittests

[arm64] Explicit commuted conditions in unittests

This patch explicitly names commuted conditions for floating point
comparisons, instead of relying on CommuteFlagsCondition.  Otherwise, a
bug in this function would not be caught.
