Let's assume require_secure_transport is |true|, to indicate that we want https
only. That implies that fallback_to_alt_source_url_enabled_ is |true|, and this
will make the code fall back to the unsecure kUpdaterAltUrl.

Oops, great catch. Fixed by switching to setter for
fallback_to_alt_source_url_enabled per your suggestion in .h file.
