To generate the list, in a clean IOS internal checkout, run:

find . -name '*.grdp' -o -name '*.grd' -o -name '*.xtb' | xargs git rm

for f in $(cat build/ios/grit_whitelist.txt); do COUNT=$(git grep -I -F -e $f |
wc -l); echo $COUNT $f; done | sort -n | grep '^1 ' | sed 's/^1 //'

git reset --hard HEAD

LGTM. Some of these may be strings added in code that's downstream and hasn't
been upstreamed yet, but we can always re-fork for that downstream.
Unfortunately some amount of thrashing is inevitable.

In the long term hopefully componentization will remove the need for this.
