Repurposed a now-redundant BlinkPlatformImpl::addTraceEvent override to be able to support bind_id

Repurposed a now-redundant BlinkPlatformImpl::addTraceEvent override to add bind_id, as well as increase flags to an int (to be consistent with base/).
