Actually, this is needed to bypass the presubmit check. Without this, I got the
complaint:

manage (0.08s) failed
telemetry_gpu_unittests is listed in gn_isolate_map.pyl but not in any .json
files

Pawel, Dirk, do either of you know why that's happening? Does this new test need
to be added elsewhere to the .json files? I don't see any place where build
targets are listed separately from targets that would be run.
