Make gyp work with MingW32

Here is the instruction to "make ia32.release" with this patch.

1) Install MingW32 and mysys
2) Install Cygwin with Python 2.7.3
3) Open the Mysys shell
4) export PATH=$PATH:/c/cygwin/bin
5) make ia32.release -j8

The tricky part is Python. 

Why 2) is needed is that we need a python whose os.sep is "/", instead "\" to
make gyp generate the right Makefile for MingW32. Python from Cygwin provides
this.

To run the test, we need another Python.
6) Install Python from http://www.python.org/
7) export PAHT=/c/Python27:$PATH
8) make ia32.release.check -j8

The reason is that when running mjsunit, the absolute path is /cygdrive/c/ if
python from cygwin is used. Maybe we should use relative path when running
mjsunit test case.

Ideally if MingW provides a python by itself, we do not need  the above steps.
