+# Dart Package Dependencies

+## Dependening on a new Dart package

+1. Edit `DEPS` and add your package revision to `vars`

+2. Edit `DEPS` and add your package to `deps` checking out to `/mojo/public/third_party/dart-pkg/package`

+3. Edit `/mojo/public/third_party/dart-pkg/BUILD.gn` and add a `dart_pkg` rule for the package.

+## Updating the version of an existing Dart package

+1. Edit `DEPS` and update the package revision in `vars`

+2. Edit any related `pubspec.yaml` files and adjust version constraints accordingly
