chromium_strings.grd / google_chrome_strings.grd are for strings that contain
the text "chromium" / "chrome". This doesn't seem to be the case here; these
should instead be in chrome/app/generated_resources.grd (or one of the grdp
files included there, if any is a better match) instead?
