Fix TRANSFORM_FEEDBACK_PRIMITIVES_WRITTEN query results.

Fix TRANSFORM_FEEDBACK_PRIMITIVES_WRITTEN query results.

They were being truncated to either 0 or 1. Explicitly handle
ANY_SAMPLES_PASSED, ANY_SAMPLES_PASSED_CONSERVATIVE, and
TRANSFORM_FEEDBACK_PRIMITIVES_WRITTEN BeginQuery targets.

This has been tested with the ported dEQP transform feedback tests at
https://github.com/KhronosGroup/WebGL/blob/master/sdk/tests/deqp/functional/g...
. It makes the query of TRANSFORM_FEEDBACK_PRIMITIVES_WRITTEN start succeeding.
Once this lands I'll update the test to once again enforce that that query's
value is correct.
