Change MSVS visualizers to query y, width and height on WebRect.

Previously these properties all mapped to x.

I saw this while passing by, and it looks "obviously wrong". I don't have a copy
of MSVS, so I can't be sure that this is correct, but it seemed wrong to just
let it be.

Not sure how that made it through code review, but you're right that it looks
obviously wrong.  So lgtm
