Remove suppressInvalidations and suppressCompositorScheduling, they don't do anything.

Remove suppressInvalidations and suppressCompositorScheduling, they don't do anything.

suppressInvalidations just calls suppressCompositorScheduling, but that plumbing
doesn't go anywhere. Lets remove it.
