Changed it to be ":blocked", ":block-overridden", ":displayed" from discussion
with Paul. Haven't been able to test the ":blocked" filter yet, though --
pending your patch to show blocked mixed content in the network panel.

This is going to be filled automatically upon "view in network" action in the
security panel, so I don't think it is an issue. lgtm.
