reenable HTML threaded parser benchmark

This CL re-enables threaded parser microbenchmark.

The comment said there was a bug where display:none-ed <iframe> created
its LayoutObjectTree, but the bug no longer repros on current Blink.

Do we have any other perf tests that we can use to see if current performance is
reasonable, or would this be used juts to spot regressions and improvements from
now on?

The main motivation for re-enabling this microbenchmark is to spot
regressions/improvements for now.
How much time is spent in HTML parser is still an open question which we should
find its answer soon.
