CMake builds on Ubuntu now too.

Punted for now on GL on Linux.  Man that's a beast.

OS.  I tried to crib from src/gpu/gl/glx/SkCreatePlatformGLContext_glx.cpp but
ran out of patience trying to get my GL context set up.  Might also be that I
was working in a VM at the time.
