nasko@ had a comment in the other about whether we should use
REQUEST_CONTEXT_TYPE_HYPERLINK or REQUEST_CONTEXT_TYPE_LOCATION for
browser-initiated navigations.
I'm going to take a look at what we do in current navigation.
