Description

DevTools: when script has URL all breakpoints are set using that URL and line number, otherwise breakpoint is set using script id and line number. Breakpoints set using URL will survive page reload. BUG=13675 Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=18793
