Why is this FIXME? Doesn't the inheritance work?

I haven't yet implemented inheriting Extended Attributes;
that was the main CL today, which I deferred.

(Currently we know the ancestor chain,
 but extended attributes on ancestors requires some Python
 parser/merge/reader changes, so I'll do that later,
 with [PutForwards].)
