+This chart shows our progress in fixing layout tests on Windows for the last 90 days.  The goal is to get Want to Pass (blue) up to 100%.  The All Tests performance number indicates that there are some tests that are not part of the goal for stabilization.  These tests may be part of future specifications or bad tests.
