Add source column to chrome://policy showing the origins of policies.

It is not enforced in an enterprise system but in an enterprise environment, not
sure what the criterion for that is (device enrolled?).

Thus I'd suggest:
"enterprise system (like Chrome OS)" --> "enterprise environment (for Chrome OS
only)"

"Enforced" sounds somewhat negative.  Wouldn't "Programmatic" be nicer?

Was my first thought, too. Originally, I considered it slightly misleading (as
everything is set by the program) and thought we should indicate that it was a
special case. If you think programmatic is good, I am happy to go with that.
