Renamed README.google to README.chromium....

Renamed README.google to README.chromium.

Used the command 
	find . -name 'README.google'
from the src directory to locate the files.

It looks as if the files have all been "svn rm"ed rather than "svn mv"ed?  The
patch only shows deletions...

No, I svn mv'd them. The svn status code shows an 'A +' next to the new files.

Must say, I was a bit surprised to see only the deleted files in the code
review.

Closed this issue, mal just did this and his CL shows both sides of things.
