I'm concerned about this one too. The notifications are not fixed so I don't
really think this should be either. Did the mocks show how to handle this when
the page scrolls?

Is this needed?. inherit is the default. Maybe someone is overriding it... see
why it is bad to override when you don't need to ;-)
