Extend timeout for poster display.

Extend timeout for poster display.

Debug and slow bots can exceed the 1s timeout here.  Unfortunately
there's no way to tell if this has been displayed yet, so the best
we can do is add a longer timeout.

why does it have to be displayed?  i couldn't find that part -- looks like an
almost normal attribute setter.  does it wait for the image loader to finish
somewhere before the poster attr shows up?

The reference file for this test is an -expected.html with just <video
src="resources/test-positive-start-time.webm" poster="content/abe.png"> (which
should show the poster), so this test is checking that adding the poster "late"
still works. And unfortunately there's actually no way to know that the poster
has been loaded.
