Keep this generic: encodedImage -> data
Though we do prefer to omit arg names when the name provide no information, in
this case, I think you should name the size_t arg to specify the units. You
could call it "bytes".

Hi Justin, if I give a name to the parameter with size_t, then PRE_SUBMMIT will
fail as it protests that this name gives no information.
