WDYT about having the ctor instead be
DecryptConfigImpl(::media::DecryptConfig*), and just proxying all the getters?
Then our code can continue to use the ::media::DecryptConfig primitives as much
as possible.

I've made a constructor that takes that, in response to Sergey's comment
elsewhere.  However, we have to copy the subsamples because they're a different
type.  We could proxy key_id and iv I guess, but I think it's a bit simpler just
copying, it means you don't have to reason about lifetime of the
::media::DecryptConfig at all.  Also, DecryptConfigMarshaller can construct this
object directly, it seems unnecessary to construct a temporary
::media::DecryptConfig just to wrap it in this.
