Please follow the naming conventions from the State enum; this should be
"Hovered" instead of "Hot".

(I know that it's also currently wrong in the wrench_menu.cc class; if you do
end up pushing those colors in here (kColorId_HoveredMenuItemButtonBackground,
or whatnot), please don't copy the incorrect "hot" and "pushed" naming.)
