nit: Does DecodeInMemoryAudioFile() really need to return a bool? You are
already printing out the result of
Java_WebAudioMediaCodecBridge_decodeAudioFile() inside that method and you
aren't using the return value for anything else here.

It should probably be returned from RunWebAudioMediaCodec to indicate success or
failure of the decoding.  Not all of the  error checking is in place yet.

May I fix this in a follow up CL?
