Not setting is_autofilled on select fields results in wrong metrics in FormStructure::LogQualityMetrics.

As a result of attributes being copied, some heuristics test outputs had to be
changed. With this change, |is_focusable| is now correctly set on the <select>
field, which changes the section logic detection to be more correct I believe,
