Just so I understand correctly, these are turned down and replaced with
range(750, 782)?

The above are temporarily taken out of the "trybot rotation" so they can be
upgraded to Precise.

Below range(750, 782) is being added to the pool of Precise trybots, which
eventually will replace all_slaves (just after more testing).
