Fix building with glibc-2.16+

Upstream glibc dropped 'struct siginfo' and now there is only 'siginfo_t'.

This fix comes from the gperftools project:

The Commit Queue does not support this repo.  I've given you commit access
now, so you can commit with gcl or git-cl.  (Hopefully this is obvious, but
don't commit with SVN directly and omit the "Review URL:" line from the
commit message.)

If you're going to commit this, please make sure you also update Chromium's
DEPS file to bring in the new revision.  Before committing this, it would
be a good idea to do a Chromium trybot run to be sure the change won't
break the Chromium build.  For some notes on how to do that, see

change "native_client/" to "third_party/lss/").

gcl/git-cl should have closed this review and added the commit URL to it, but it
looks like it didn't.  Never mind, easy enough to do manually.  Did gcl print
any error messages to indicate why it didn't do that?
