Are these updates from the original wpt repo?

Yes. The import always brings in the latest version of *all* non-skipped files,
so it will pull in "unrelated" updates like these.

(We could modify the process, but our long term goal is that we bring in these
tests as a third_party repo "rolled" via DEPS, so we might as well suffer
through this for now.)
