Send selected text and page title to pageLauncher.OnClicked.

To get to the selected text from the browser side, a method GetSelectedText()
was added to RenderWidgetHostView.

i'm not most familiar with this area. can you find out who makes changes to the
selection member variables in render_widget_host_view_base from the svn
annotation and get them to look at this instead?

+peng who originally introduced selection_text_ and +nona who did some work on
it on windows.

Feel free to remove yourselves or suggest other reviewers, most of the changes
regarding these variables are quite old and were done in other files.
