This isn't removing the test. :)

What this test does is spin up a test server, and then it runs pub. Pub should
hit that server, and then this test evaluates what pub outputs.

Previously, pub was sending two HTTP requests to that server. It never should
have. I fixed the code in the version solver that led to that, so now I can
remove it here.

As a nice side effect, this test is now a bit faster since pub is doing less
networking. I'm *hoping* this means it won't time out anymore, but we'll have to
see how it goes on the bots.
