Add opus extension to mimetype map.

Opus recommended extension is .opus, and mimetype of audio/ogg.

Adding the extension to the list, allows .opus files with unknown mimetype, to
play directly in chrome, rather than download.

Tom notes that the actual support is behind a flag.
Frank notes that this is just a mimetype map, and we map all types, including
chrome specific ones, but the actual support depends on the flag, and abilities
of chrome/chromeos/chromium.  If the mimetype is mapped, but chromium does not
support the format, the file will still download.
canPlayType() and the actual playback, still respect the --enable-opus-playback.

I don't think it's appropriate for this CL to land until opus support is no
longer behind a flag unless the same flag controls the mimetype behavior. The
problem with that is that src/net can't depend on switches defined in src/media.

My original opus wrapper CL included the change you're making here (and the
other changes required to support canPlayType), but ultimately was removed
because of the flag issue.

Anyway, my core concern is that it doesn't seem strictly correct to have this
change exposed without control by the flag. That being said, if running
chrome(ium) without the flag results in a download of the file: No problems here
re adding the mapping, lgtm.

Anyway, you're going to need a full committer. AFAIK neither jzern nor myself
can provide the LGTM you actually need.
